These terms and conditions govern the use of the travel booking services provided by Jiggle Journeys LLC (DBA - Jiggle.Travel). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Travel Bookings
We provide booking services for various hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers ("Suppliers"). When you make a booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Supplier(s) involved in your itinerary. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Supplier's policies regarding changes, cancellations, and fees.
3. Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your booking, including the cost of the travel services, taxes, and any service fees charged by us. Payment is due at the time of booking, and we accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website.
4. Changes and Cancellations
You have the flexibility to make changes or cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. During this 24-hour period, you can adjust your reservation without incurring additional fees, subject to the Supplier's policies. After this period, any fees or fare differences associated with your request will be governed by the Supplier's guidelines.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of non-receipt of payment or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such instances, a full refund of any fees paid to us will be provided.
5. Refund Policy
You are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of your booking under our refund policy, subject to the specific terms of the Service Provider. To initiate a refund, please contact us or the Supplier directly within this window. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Supplier's refund policies, and any applicable fees will be considered as per their guidelines.
Please note that refunds may take some time to process, and the method of refund (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) may vary based on the Supplier's procedures.
6. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certifications, for your trip. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your failure to obtain the necessary documents.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that may occur during your travel. We are also not responsible for any losses resulting from changes, cancellations, or delays by the Suppliers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services, and we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms on our website and notify you of any significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
